This page explains how Chillout Brasil handles data submitted through the updates form and browsing information you allow us to collect.

Google Analytics

If you allow analytics, Google Analytics receives page views, your selected language, clicks on external links, and the result of newsletter sign-up. Your email and form field contents are not sent to Analytics. The tag loads only after you allow it. You can change your choice in .

Data and purpose

The form asks for your email and records the selected language, consent date and version, and sign-up source. These details are used to manage the subscription and send updates by email. The system also processes temporary hashes of the IP address and email to limit attempts; these counters are set to expire after 15 minutes. The list is not shared with Monkey Forest Records for marketing.

Storage and service providers

Subscription records are stored in Amazon DynamoDB in the US East (Northern Virginia) region. Your email also appears in the operational notice sent to contato@chilloutbrasil.com.br. Messages received at this address are forwarded to the Gmail account specified by the administrator. Temporary copies of incoming messages are stored in Amazon S3 for up to 30 days. Attachments are not included in the copy forwarded to Gmail. Gmail retention settings are managed separately.

Retention and requests

Subscription records do not expire automatically. To withdraw consent or request access, correction, or deletion, email contato@chilloutbrasil.com.br. Requests will be verified before the record is changed.
